Ok, I have been of the exercise and eating well for a month... Its hard with summer, I just want to eat what everyone at the party is. Oh well, I need to get my shit together. weight check in is 216... still way to heavy for my liking.. I would like to loose a total of 36 pounds bring me back down to 180. For my body type its about perfect. Anyway Its been a while so if figured that I would check in! If anyone has any sure fire idea's let me know.. I want to work exercise into my daily life so that it does not feel like work... Looking for suggestions...
