Went shopping

I went shopping today and I bough size 16 and just a large shirt! This rocks... but I need to kick this 214 mark... I need to switch something up Not sure what! shopping was very very exciting! I want this to keep going!

Still hanging in there!

I am still haning in there at 214 is... But I need to kick 214's butt I want to break the 200 mark sooner than later.. oh well.. Today its back to the tred mill and the bike some more! I got lots of work to do.. Last night I was starving and eat a lot! I usually have decent control, but not last night! of well... Today I am going to have just some breakast and snack and subsitute dinner and lunch with a shake.. we shall see how this goes... maybe some more rasberry's.... I think I also need to keep exercising at least once a day.. but going to work on a plan for different parts of my body...

Still hanging in tight and I am down 12 pounds....

HOLY CRAP

Yep holy crap is right, I am now at 214.. wow I cant believe it... Its working, its really working.... I feel so good! making progress finally thank god... yeah.. I cant wait until I hit the 200 mark.... I am now down  12 pounds.

Still going

I have had a few hangup well breaks let call them.. But I got back to eating better yesterday and today I walk 7km.. So Now I just want to see the scale number start to drop some more.. I want to hit 217 so bad... and after that 215 and so on... I cannot wait to get to 200lb... Is that sad ? well it is a little but after that is 180 and so on. I can't weight to really see the numbers dropping! Come on numbers! PS I am starting week 4 this week!

11/04/2012 - 18 Days

I am still trucking.. I dont seem to be seeing a difference in my weight.. But my boobs are srinking... Sad I know.. Oh well I figure working out an hour every day will have the pay off sometime. I wonder if I soud try to change my diet and maybe skip the shakes.. Or maybe I should change to the kind my friend used. I have to figure out how may days I have been working at this.. Not sure if it three weeks or four weeks I am at? Going to check it out today! Ok Its 18 days... almost three weeks.. Thats pretty rocking... I am proud of myself... but I have to admit I was thinking it was almost four weeks.... ERROR... So I will take my 7 pounds lost and love it!

Still trucking

Well its day one of week three and I am still trucking. Today I did 60 min on the tred mill and 10 min eliptical. So far I have had rasberries and mile mixed with yorgurt and a protein shake... However it was easter this weekend and I eat more than I would have normally, but still did very well. I stayed away from all the treats...

13 days and counting

Ok down to 218.5 getting there! A am seeing a litle bit of change but I want to see a ton more.. I am still eating very very well although yesterday i took the day off exercising to hang with the family. Its hard to find the right mix that will drop the pounds.. I want to see mega results like ten pounds a week but I guess that is unrealistic. So 7.5 pounds in two weeks is not bad I guess, I just need to keep going! I am not taking my scale out now until monday! I hope to see some change again by then.. Fingers crossed! I think I need to eat some eggs again, They seem to help for some reason! Lets see!!!!

Week two

Ok still going strong! Still exercising like crazy.. not seeing a ton of results weight wise yet. Eating well, although last night I indulged a little. But back on board today. I am going to make ths work. I know I can do this. Oh ya and I am putting my scale away for now... Not until next monday wil I bring it out again!
