Day 6 still going

I am still going.. making it.... I weighted myself this morning and it 221.6 not bad considering I am exercising.. they say you build bulk before you start to lose.. lets just hope thats right... I am working hard and praying to be back to a skinny bitch soon! Heres hoping.... I can do this, I can do this....

Day 5

60min on the tred mill, 10 min on the bike.. So far a shake,  and an apple today. 221 on the scale this morning! It was a bit harder today making myself exercise, but I did it. I am on the right track! I really think I an do this!

Ok day 4

Today Tred mill 60 min... eleptical training 10min.. Still eating well today so far just special K. AS I was jogging I promised myself if I get to 180 pounds I will get my long awaited hair extensions... then at 160 I need to find another reward!.. Doing well and pround of myself!

Another day

Ok so today on the scale 223.9 thats a good start! yesterday swimming today, 50min on the tred mill and 10 min on the bike! so far today... special K, apple.. feeling good a little sore but good... stay tuned...

Day two....

Ok today I made a pack with one of my best friends. each monday we text each other our weight! So here we go.. Today swimming and special k, apple, strawberries, milk shake and chicken and rice for dinner two cups of tea with sweetner... Game on! this moring 225.... lets see what tomorrow has going on. I want to be a skinny bitch!

Here we go again!

I saw a picture of an old friend, she look great! I am Happy for her but now its time for me to get my ass in gear. I have not weighted myself but I am guessing that I weigh about 230. The heavest I have ever been... So today first work out...
