I am still haning in there at 214 is... But I need to kick 214's butt I want to break the 200 mark sooner than later.. oh well.. Today its back to the tred mill and the bike some more! I got lots of work to do.. Last night I was starving and eat a lot! I usually have decent control, but not last night! of well... Today I am going to have just some breakast and snack and subsitute dinner and lunch with a shake.. we shall see how this goes... maybe some more rasberry's.... I think I also need to keep exercising at least once a day.. but going to work on a plan for different parts of my body...
Still hanging in tight and I am down 12 pounds....
