13 days and counting
Ok down to 218.5 getting there! A am seeing a litle bit of change but I want to see a ton more.. I am still eating very very well although yesterday i took the day off exercising to hang with the family. Its hard to find the right mix that will drop the pounds.. I want to see mega results like ten pounds a week but I guess that is unrealistic. So 7.5 pounds in two weeks is not bad I guess, I just need to keep going! I am not taking my scale out now until monday! I hope to see some change again by then.. Fingers crossed! I think I need to eat some eggs again, They seem to help for some reason! Lets see!!!!
